The volatility and uncertainties of this new world, potentiated by the Covid-19 pandemic, drive the redirection of trends previously projected in the medium term, to be integrated into the urgent needs of the present, with the incorporation of challenges and, above all, the countless opportunities and possibilities engineering professionals, both for Angola and for humanity. The environment of the referred trends is characterized as an environment of continuous disruptions, in the most diverse areas. Therefore, the paradigms considered true dogmas are being broken, all the time. Given this scenario, the OAS sees the urgent need to accelerate the process of disruption in engineering. It is in this sense that the Order of Engineers of Angola organizes, in Luanda, on 18 and 19 November 2021, its IV Congress under the motto “Disruptive Engineering: Building a sustainable future for Angola”.”.
The IV International Congress of the OEA will bring together, in person at this event, 300 participants and a significant audience in a virtual environment.
